Tastes pleasant but is covered in sugar crystals. Slight aftertaste but not too bad. 15 calories, 4 g carbohydrates, 4 g of sugar per serve. Contains glucose syrup and sugar. Vegan friendly. It is rare to require a biotin supplement but extra biotin will pass through the system naturally. I take these gummies as part of my vitamin supplements but I'll be trying to find a sugar-free version next.

These are 10k mcg which is overkill in a good way, means 1 gummy per serving is plenty. As for sugar crystals... If you're healthy and casually watch your diet these are not gonna kill you. 1 gummy is 2g of sugar, 4% daily value. Can of coke is 39g of sugar. Just watch what you put in your body and weigh the pros and cons. As for effectiveness, we shall see and I'll update in a few months.
