Satisfaction far beyond my expectation. It is cheap affordable light to carry in your bag when travelling This it is not appealing to look but it works wonders. All most year I was getting swelling pain & electrical shock like when I saw it thought of giving it a try in few days all the pain swelling started to subside pain al most gone block blood started flowing some time get electric shocks like I use it for sometime. Don't buy it. Colour doesn't match the product image mentioned on Amazon website. Quality is not good at all. Not effect on palm of my leg. It feels like I'll standing on an normal surface. After too much pressure in this accupressure board, only I can feel the sharpness of board.

It's been more than a year now. It's sturdy and reasonably priced.

I have no clue what it does technically. Complaints are pain due to varicose veins and swelling of feet. Used it for two minutes. daily and there seems to be some relief. How - I do not know. But it did work. The product is of good quality. But I figure it will break if you drop something heavy on it. The spines are sharp and standing on them is uncomfortable at first. Tried sitting on a chair and placing feet alternatively on the mat. Then after a few days tried standing. Haven't gone beyond two minutes. It is not an easy thing to do, but it works.
