I was not pleased with Soft and Beautiful botanicals New and improved no lye sensitive scalp. My scalp was burned and I developed sores. I called their office and was sent a form to fill out and send back with pictures of my scalp. I got a call in July of this year telling me that someone would get back to me. I am still waiting. The only reason why I bought this product was because it said sensitive scalp. It failed to be senitive on my scalp. I give Soft and Beautiful zero stars.

I did a curly perm on my very long hair a few months ago and my hair was damaged completely. I recently got a bob and my hair is slowly but surely doing back to its natural texture and it's is looking better then ever. Since my hair still has some "leftovers" from that ca-razzzy curly perm I decided to buy this since it has great reviews. I was not disappointed, my friend that got a curly perm done with me asked how I got my hair to look fab and I recommended she check this out too. My hair is way more tamed(almost back to it's natural texture) and with less frizz! I will totally be taming any frizz, and getting my hair more manageable as soon as I get my longer hair back with the hlp of this relaxer Godwilling.
