These seem to give me a bit more energy. I feel tired during the winter months in Michigan. These work well for me. A powdered formula in a capsule. Good quality. Easy to swallow once I roll the capsule in my mouth a bit to soften the gelatin cap.

I looked for a multivitamin for a while and finally found this one! Very easy to swallow and I don’t notice a taste. I feel as though I have a little more energy. I haven’t noticed hair growth BUT I have a thyroid condition that affects hair growth.

Best vitamins I have tried so far. I like how they give me more energy and I just felt well overall. i’ve also noticed that my immune system has gone up because I don’t get sick as much.

Great multivitamin. I started by talking only one a day because I’ve had bad experiences wirh multis in the past. No adverse reactions and easy to digest.

I like the size of the capsules. Not sure if they work but does not tastes bad. Feeling good so far. Good price too.

The vitamins are great and live up to the hype. I have more energy and just feel much better overall. The comments on people not using them anymore because their pee is dark yellow is baffling. B vitamins will cause and bright yellow urine. It is harmless, just your body removing the excess B vitamins. My Reason for 3 stars is due to, Vimerson, jacking the price up more and more. Yes you have a great product, and it’s the best seller on Amazon, but you don’t need to start being greedy and raising the cost more and more. Unfortunately I will need to find the next up and coming vitamin, or just go back to One A Day.

I can’t say that this is a must to take as if your well being only depends on it. But I have noticed that my overall heath has improved. I started to feel less sluggish, productive, focused, and has noticed my face, skin, and hair look healthy again. I take a pill/day with breakfast (no tea or coffee for 2h) to allow healthy fats works its magic with this supplement. I occasionally take it with nuts in the middle of the day instead. Very important that you take it with healthy food. Do not consume with soda, junk food to allow your body absorb all the vitamins efficiently. I am one-meal/day person so this has helped me overcome my vitamins deficiency.
