Incredibly useful
Incredibly useful book about the compassionate way to connect to yourself and others. Best explanation and process about how to become responsible and care gently about your own feelings. A word of caution - if you are deeply hurt and are usually really hard on yourself, doing this kind of introspection alone can be very difficult, because you don't have the inner reference about what it feels like to be kind and compassionate towards yourself, in which case it's really worthwhile to seek loving help.

Life changing modality and beautiful workbook
Dr Margaret Paul, beloved and inspirational teacher, and PhD in psychology, has changed the lives of so many people around the world with Inner Bonding. This workbook, her latest work, delves deeper into each of her steps providing very easy to follow examples so you can become "your own guru". What distinguishes Margaret and her work from so many modalities out there is her ability to condense very complex psychological phenomena, in easy to do steps so you can truly empower yourself. It is sustainable, modern and ethical. She wants you to get better. Her method is actually rooted in evidence-based scientific concepts. She brings a life-time of experience, her her life-long love of helping others and her incisive and intuitive psychological understanding to help you go right at the heart of what might be preventing you from thriving. Where others modalities fall short, or do not help you over time, hers work, as so many clients in all spheres (business, Arts, Healthcare and others) attest. I could not recommend her work, her books enough. If you have a chance, treat yourself to a session with Margaret. You will never be the same after.

Hard work but worth it.
This work book has helped me so much. It’s a lot of work and I have had to pace myself at times, but I can see myself healing and learning to love and accept all the parts of me.A couple of things I did have to note from the perfectionist side of me, even if you don’t fully get the first step mastered or completely understand it, keep moving forward. And it’s ok to go back if you need to. I almost stopped at the first step because that one is probably the hardest for me, but I’m glad I kept going to at least understand and connect it all more.Also, if you are a Christian, like me, there are some things in this book you might not agree with and that’s ok. Don’t toss out the entire book for those few things that don’t line up with your belief system. There is so much wisdom and knowledge in this workbook that I’ve not been able to find anywhere else and it has truly helped me.
