This set is a great conversation piece and allows for a lot of versatility with the build options and ability to tweak the designs with more Lego! The box itself is heavy duty and solid with all of the pieces inside and the completed set/art is a nice addition to any area. The only thing I would caution to Amazon buyers is to make sure you select to have it shipped in an Amazon box/mark as a gift. This came shipped to me with a UPS label directly onto the Lego box. The box was pretty beat up and some of the tape was pulled off the side. If I had been giving this as a gift, it would have looked really tacky. No reflection on the product itself, just the way it was shipped to me.

I really think this is one of the best builds out there. It is beautiful as designed but I love how you are encouraged to put your own artistic twist on it to make it your own.

If you love massive complex projects, this is for you! They give you instructions and you build it insections of blocks! Once all the blocks are built you connect them all to form the entire map! It is very time consuming but sooooo relaxing!!

The 11,000 + pieces took awhile but it looks great when assembled. The built-in frame looks great and very well made and thought out in design.

Loved building this world map. Haning on the call in my office right now. Money always well spent with Lego!

A fun build takes 17 hours lots of hard work it's tedious but very satisfying super easy bought it for my 16 year old son and he absolutely loved it I would suggest this for Serious adult experienced builders.

Very nice. However, it is very boring and tedious compared with other lego sets.
