What is the difference between 0-3m and the 3+ month? I’m scared my 4 month old won’t like the 3+ month ones.

Idk the difference between the two sizes, but I've only ever ordered the 0-3mo and my 9 month old still uses it and always prefers this pacifier if that helps?

Is the nipple stiff and hard so that it is hard for baby to keep it in mouth?

No, it's flexible medical grade silicone. The whole pacifier is made of the same material. It was much softer than some of the plastic-like other brands we tried.
