Q: How do you get the bubbles out?

the fact that you have bubbles means you mixed it to fast they will float to the top and can be removed with a heat gun or hair dryer when it is wet.

Q: Is just pouring them together good or should I be mixing it until the bubbles stop?

Slowly stir the 2 together for 3 minutes. Let it sit if there are bubbles, for a a couple minutes.

Q: Would this be enought for a small kitchen counters?

I don’t believe so. I honestly wouldn’t use this type of epoxy for a kitchen counter. You would need a harder finish
