Got this for my elderly stepmother. She is sight impaired and her old watch stopped functioning. We were so happy when we saw this one as a replacement. She loves it

My Mema is 94 and almost blind and half deaf. She can see the clock face when she has enough light and she can hear it talking to her. I hear her at 0300 listening to the time. It’s been a blessing to her. If it were a bit louder it would be better but when it’s quiet it’s good to go. A must have for older anyone with the same issues. Also simple to use.

First time around, I never could get the watch to set. Returned and got another one that actually works...except they are prone to fog up if you wear it in the shower...

My husband is blind and loves this watch. It does exactly what is says it will do.

I purchased this for my elderly mother with macular degeneration. The watch is large and bulky and came with a stiff, leather band. On the smallest adjustment, it still spun around her wrist. It is made for an adult man. The watch (minus the band) is cheaply made, the description said stainless steel but it is was definitely plastic! The watch is also extremely thick & bulky. The speaker was muffled and difficult to understand and was not loud enough for my mother to hear even with her hearing aids. I returned the product the next day after receiving it!

I ordered this watch on Jan 05,2025 & was then sent a replacement through Amazon on Jan 10,2025. Both the watches were running on receipt & set to Pacific time(I'm Eastern). One questions if these are returns. How long has the battery been running that the watch would expire shortly? The video also doesn't indicate the watch ticking.I purchased a similar watch in the past & had to set the watch to start ticking as well as time zone.It lasted 3 yrs.There is no guarantee that this particular watch will even last a month as this item has been selling since 2021.Has it been running since then? Changing the batteries may not be an option & if so the screws are so tiny on the casing you'd need a special screwdriver or have to bring to a jeweler. Ten yrs ago a jeweler charged me $ 22.00 to change the batteries on another watch. So is this worth keeping? Amazon offers a warranty at cost but it is unlikely this covers dead batteries.The vendor offered a replacement but wants me to send personal info that Amazon won't allow. According to Amazon he already has this info from the order. So what's up w/ that? I reached out a 2nd time to vendor as I am not sure if the watches came from him or Amazon's warehouse.Only time will tell if he sends me a watch that hasn't been running for who knows how long!!!!

I purchased this watch for a younger Brother that has a visual disability to replace a previous watch (different manufacturer) that was damaged. He is very satisfied and just goes on about how easy it is to use and that it feels great on his arm. He is very satisfied with it.
