Magnesium Citrate 400mg 365 Tablets
Since I have started taking this product I can honestly say that I have been able to get into a much better sleeping pattern, It is very easy to swallow but that could be to be just being a giant as I am 6'5" and taking with water I have no problem taking them. I will be continuing to take these when I to see the full benefits. I would recommend to others if asked about this product. Will be buying more once mine have run out.
