Very affordable, gets the job done. Nice firm/stiff arch support with deep heel cup and decent cushioning. Bought a pair for my husband when he was complaining of foot and ankle pain. He never wore supports before and once he started these he never went back. Got a second pair so he didn’t have to switch them out when changing shoes.

When I read the reviews of these shoe inserts, I ordered them with reservations. I hoped they would provide the comfort that others had experienced. I’m happy to report that they work!!! I’m using them in my house shoes (similar to an enclosed croc) and they work perfectly. The arch that they add has significantly helped my pronation problem. I also have a Charcot ankle on my left side and the improved arch helps stabilize my foot very well. I wear Hokas everyday when I go outside but I needed support for my “slippers”around the house. These are the answer. I hope if you decide to try them, you experience the comfort they are providing me.

Let me start with the worst aspect of these insoles. They are LOUD, like, very loud. I needed to buy new insoles due to my old ones that came with my shoes giving oit on me, so I bought these. Within my first day using them, I immediately noticed they make a loud squeaking sound with each step you take. My coworkers were quick to call me "Squidward" for sounding the way he walks. This is due to the gel bottom that the insoles have on the key points you step on with your heel. The sound became so loud and inbearable to me that I bought different ones that don't make a sound. With that out of the way, I have to say these are without a doubt the most comfortable insoles I've ever used. I was able to run in them and walk all day without any issues, and they still held up perfectly well. The arch support on them are amazing, and their durability feels unmatched to me so far. If they weren't so comfortable, the noise would have me rate them a flat 1 star. However, if you're in an environment that the noise wouldn't be a deal breaker or simply don't care about that (or don't mind using talc powder to minimize the noise), I couldn't recommend a better product.

I was looking for high arch support and this is very close to my professionally made orthodicts, at a fraction of the price! It is the length of your whole foot, rather than ending just under the arch, so that is a consideration with shoes. It will change how they fit in the toes as well as the heel.

My wife's hard to please at times, it's been several weeks, their still in her shoes. Cutting to match the insole, is no big deal.
