Amazing quality
If what you're looking for is a solid leather journal cover large enough to fit a couple thin books then you won't get much better than this. It fits a standard 192-page journal as well as 2-3 Moleskin Cahier-style notebooks comfortably without bulging. The pen holder is handy and the elastic enclosure is a great touch to keep it all neat. With everything in it it can get quite heavy, so I don't use it in my daily carry, but it reliably and stylishly stores my other journals when I need them.

Worth the money
Excellent quality, would recommend paying the little extra and choosing this.

The Big one
This A6 notebook cover has the largest capacity of any I've come across. I comfortably got 3 x 200 page notebooks in it. I was a little concerned with the photo of the product made me think that it might look scruffy or already ill-used. In my hand, we can dispense with this concern. The item is much more aesthetically pleasing than you would think from the photo.. Its leather all right. A top quality item.

Solid and excellent quality
I am very impressed with this cover. The leather is thick and the stitching is perfect all round. It's a little stiff (being new) and though it's designed for the Traveller style inserts, I am curently using it for two hardback Leuchtturm style books (though it makes the whole thing very heavy). I have a feeling that this cover is going to last many, many years. Edit: after 4 months of daily use I am even happier with this product than I was when I bought it. The leather, which was quite stiff when new, is now supple and flexible, and is just stating to show a bit of patina where it gets handled the most. The elastics are still holding up excellently well. I'd give an extra star if I could.

I wish it had suited my purposes
I really wanted to be able to keep this. It is really solid leather and made very sturdily. For me the problem is that the spine is built in, like a hardcover book. This determines the number of notebooks it has to contain, or at least, how wide they have to be together. I don't use that many notebooks, or any fat ones. I use the A5 kraft 'insert' type, and have maybe 3 on the go at a time. So this lovely, solid, tactile cover is too big for me. If you, however, want a great cover for about an inch's worth of notebooks, I don't hesitate to recommend it to you.

Bulky
Bulky and hard to flex around. Wasn’t for me.

Really solid bit of kit; maybe a bit too solid.
A really big lump of leather which seems really stiff and unwieldy straight out the box. A couple of hours in the sofa with a good movie just rolling and twisting the cover makes the leather much more supple and is the start of developing an interesing patina. The double thickness in the spine may make it more hardwearing, but it also makes it much more bulky, which isn't ideal. The internal pockets also add the the bulk and the rigidity. Overall its a nice enough product, but it isn't the slim, flexible Traveller's Notebook that can be stuffed into coat pockets or hardly taking up any space in your carry-on bag.
