I like this product. It definitely has the apple cider vinegar taste, but it’s not that bad really in comparison to others. I don’t know if it really helps me lose weight or not probably the way I eat would make me lose weight, but it does help with the lowering cholesterol and there’s some other benefits of the apple cider. Maybe just helping I don’t know but I buy it I subscribe to it. I get it every month so it’s definitely something that I like and feel beneficial to my health. It’s easy enough to use you just take it in the morning or whenever you want to. I just take it in the morning when I take my other supplements and no problem.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Cannot stand the taste or smell of ACV. This is the only way for me to get it in my system. Very pleasant taste.

These are ok. You can definitely taste the ACV. They have 1g net carb per gummy and no sugar, so if you're on keto they are one of the lower carb gummies available. Not sure if these are doing anything beneficial for me but they have probiotics so I tried them. I have them with food. I think if you have digestion issues like bloating, etc. they are worth a try.

They actually work. I lost about 7 lbs in about a week, of course with diet and exercise. I will buy these for now on

I have been using this product for quite a while now. The last couple of orders have been inconsistent to the previous orders. The last order seemed to be a bit firmer and more stuck together than usual. This order does not seem to have the full flavor as before. Not sure if I am going to keep using this product anymore after this container is gone. I originally started purchasing this item to help with spasms in my back, to which this worked exactly like a friend had promised it would.Update:This item has not helped with energy or any lean body mass.I guess the only reason I have kept using these is for the lack of muscle spasms.This current jar I have received, all gummies are really stuck together

I find this product to be ideal for me. The strength of the cider is okay and it does not feel heavy as it relates to the sugar content. It is value for the cost abs the taste is smooth. Not sure about the vitamin content as I don't feel much different and my weight gain is crazy.

So disappointed they are not what they used to be.They changed the product, flavor and texture. They are horrible now. If I could return them I would. I won't be purchasing this brand any longer.
