Doubled the life of my phone. Almost lasts a whole day now.

I love that this product can charge your phone and it has a kickstand however the only thing I don't like is that it will automatically start charging your phone for you instead of giving me the option to hold the button down for 3 seconds to decide when I want to start charging the phone and it takes forever to charge the backup battery backup

I have had the product less than one month and it stopped charging via usb c to the case. I tried removing it from my phone to charge it as is and it still won't charge. I also had an issue with this battery telling my phone that something is stuck in the charging port and it won't go away even though nothing was in there. I think the firmware connection from this device to the phone is not very good. The durability and quality of this item is not very good if I won't last longer than a month. This thing was hanging on by a thread. And now unfortunately its nothing but a paper weight. I am hoping to get a replacement from the makers since this one may just be a dud.

The battery charged my phone great and fast but whenever the charger was charging my phone, I am usable to use my device. Like my screen becomes frozen.

You can not use your phone while it is charging. It doesn't protect the screen at all. It's very bulky for it not providing much protection to the phone itself. I had to just order a normal case for my phone 1 week later.

Poorly made and broke after 3 months of use. The trim around the camera is too thin and easily breaks
