Q: i purchased 5lbs. of this from another seller (common sence) i think is their name and they were stayle, are these going to be fresh?

In my own personal experience, I have never bought a bag of these and gotten anything but very fresh Carmels. I think you will be pleased.

Q: Will it last till Christmas

If you leave it in the original bag. I cant see why it would not last till Christmas. And the caramels inside are individually wrapped also.
