La semilla molida de lino es sin duda la semilla milagrosa. Tiene tantos beneficios: fibra que limpia (intestinos y baja colesterol ) los omegas, proteínas y es una vacuna natural (sube las defensas del cuerpo). Tomo 1 o 2 cucharadas diarias en batidos a base de plantas, o en sandwich de hummus o en tostadas. Recomiendo.

High quality product
I bought CanMar Milled Golden Roasted Falx for myself to use a supplement. I was very pleased with the way it was roasted.." Just Righ" .It brought out the flavor of roasted flax so well. It is light and easy to chew and swallow.Most importantly it did not go rancid and I was able to use the whole bag over a period of 9 months.

Rancid and bitter first use.
Super bitter so I'm guessing they are rancid. I used them once and they were so bitter they destroyed my rather expensive smoothies 80 oz of smoothie down the drain not to mention 2 dragon fruit 2 mangos and a pineapple half a bag of organic spinach and a half a bag of organic kale fresh garlic spirulina protein. It's my own fault I should have tasted them before I put it in food processor. You would think a brand new unopened bag of flax seed would be good at least for a little while after opening it but the first time I opened and used it ridiculously bitter. Maybe this company needs to do better quality control and test there products that are sitting in a hot warehouse. These should be kept cold pressed cold and stored cold and shipped cold. No one should have to waste money on food in today's economy..Very dissapointed had to put one star just to post this but I give it ZERO stars
