Item did not match image on the packet
The minnie mouse head was meant to have a pink bow..as shown on the balloon pack and image however it was a red bow... Didn't match my display.. But went with it anyway..

Very bad quality, very bad service
Very bad quality. I got 2 packs and in both packs 1 heart balloon had white spots on it, worn off colour. I notified the seller and response was very ignoring and cheeky. The seller said it is obvious that folded balloons can not avoid the phenomenon off creases, which was not the issue. I was also advised to inflate the balloon, I didn't want to waste helium but to try the quality further I did. Very poor. Started deflating within 12 hours. Balloons are not exactly like the ones on the picture. Very bad. Requested refund
