Me and my wife have been taking this product for over 1 year now. The benefits have been different for both of us. The benefits for my wife have been more significant than for me. First, it does help protect you from sun burns and sun damage. I have also noticed a significant improvement in body aches and specifically in my back. I exercise a lot and over the last year, my back pain has been reduced by about 80%. I still feel some shoulder pain, but in general there is a substantial improvement. I have not noticed any improvement with vision and I don't know if I am getting any benefits from the antioxidant properties, but I assume that I am receiving these benefits. Now for my wife, the benefits for her are much more pronounced. She was very skeptical about taking this supplement, but she is fair skinned and always gets sun burned very easily.
