If you purchased the Kardia Mobile 6L Max outside of the United States, make sure you can download the latest iOS Kardia App 5.49.1 or Android Kardia App 5.49.1. If you can't download the current version, you need to use a VPN to switch your IP to the United States. You need to have an Apple ID registered in the United States or an Android Google Play account registered in the United States. You need a US credit card to switch your Apple ID and Google Play account from your country to the United States. Most importantly, Register your kardia account You are in the United States. If it is not in the United States, you will not be able to find the Kardia Mobile 6L Max on the Kardia App.

Worked as described, giving an ECG readout that I was able to download and send to my cardiologist. I bought the KardiaMobile 6L Max, which includes a 1-year subscription. A year from now they'll charge $99 for the second year. My experience for the first 2 readings was satisfactory. The app shows a graphic 30-second countdown, and the ECG readout is immediate. Amazingly, the clinician's report (AI?) came soon after. Will update my review as I learn more.

I find that I usually have to moisten the skin on my leg to get this to work properly. I've not quite figured out the BPM reading, though. It doesn't seem to be an average rate for the 30 seconds use, and is possibly only the highest heartrate recorded during the period. It can produce a PDF to send to your cardiologist. The monthly report appears to only produce the last month's data, not a prior period that a user can select. That is disappointing as I don't necessarily want (or remember) to do it every month on a timely basis. Battery seems to last a long time.

Purchased this at the recommendation of my cardiologist.It was either do a LOOP recorder implant, which is where they make an incision in the chest and put a recorder in that monitors your heart rate, or get a Kardia which would not be invasive and would work much easier for my needs. My favorite part is that I get to see the results immediately with the Kardia.I love that I can do an EKG anywhere I want, at any time I want, and find out if there's anything wrong at that moment. This Kardia also allows doing a 6-lead study by using the panel on the back. Not all of them allow this so make sure to purchase the unit that would be beneficial to you. Read instructions on each one.****Of course, it doesn't measure if you're having a heart attack and if something doesn't feel right for you, go get checked out.****I was having a lot of problems where my heart rate would go up and down and felt like it was pounding and feeling weird so this helps me to feel secure when I see the results that everything is okay.You have to download the app that goes with it which is easy to use. It gives you the option to send your results to your doctor or someone else if you wish. There are areas where you can add your blood pressure and weight on the app as well as information about what you were doing or how you were feeling at the moment that you took the EKG.. I believe you can set it to remind when you should take an EKG as I do remember getting notifications about doing some. There is also an option to see the history of your EKGs which was great for me when I saw the cardiologist so I could show him all the ones I had taken recently. He could see the actual EKG in addition to the system results.In general, this is an amazing device for information and I feel it is worth the money as it helps me feel less worried.-- Read all the information about this device on the website before purchasing to make sure it is something that will work for you and your needs. Do extra research online if needed.CASE & WARRANTY-I would definitely recommend buying a case and warranty. If you're going to pay for a Kardia to monitor your health, you need to pay to protect it. Both case and warranty are sold separately, also on Amazon. I love my case and the Kardia fits inside, perfectly secure. Thankfully, I bought that warranty because I did have to use it. Kardia's customer service was wonderful and quick and the new unit was sent out immediately. I had a defective unit but it was fixed quickly and my new unit is fine.Would definitely recommend!

I'm a long time user of the kardiamobile 1lead. Saw this new one and figured it was a good time to upgrade my device since the membership comes with it and is cheaper than buying both separate. Not disappointed! It’s everything i expected from this company and cant believe I've been missing out on some of these membership features for the past few years. I won't be going back! If you’re even considering it, just get it.

Received and tryed to use it. First there is no Kardia App in local Android store. Somehow I installed the App but there is no 6L Max in the list of devices. After a deep research on AliveCor site I found a list of discrimination, where devices work and where not. Also I asked AliveCor support and after a long (5 days) delay they confirmed that no any Kardia device will work in my country.Amazon USA (and AiveCor itself on their site) should inform buyers about the discrimination list. Amazing misleading that leads to buying of expensive useless devices.
