I don't really know what this is, what it is supposed to do, but I read it makes your skin look better, so, of course, I bought some. Actually, I think I have a little early AM pep in my step, overall improved sense of well- being. I have re-ordered, we will see if a better, more measurable result will present itself. Hoping for the best.

Ok. Not as good as the previous brand I took. Plus it is more expensive. Going back to Nutricost brand. Felt much more results with Nutricost.

I read it online that this will help for a breastfeeding woman to increase the flow which it did. Hard to measure how much but worth a shot
