I didn't read the reviews throughly before I purchased before realizing I have a similar encounter like the rest of these reviews and ended up with the 2 of the same mugs. For me, I wanted halloween mugs and a good deal versus going in the store for kinds I didn't like or spend what I didn't want to. The quality is good after I inspected them, no chipping or heavy usage, i bought used but they looked never used and someone returned them instantly. If you don't mind having two if the same kind like I did and don't want to bother with returning then these items are good for you to buy. But if you have your heart set on a particular one you might be taking a gamble of not getting what you want.

Love these but awaiting replacement
These arrived quick and look great except 1 has a tiny chip. Waiting on replacement. Excited to use the set when they get here. That is only reason for 3. If there was no chip, I'd give them a 5. They did come fully packed in styrofoam.
