Quality and handy snack size packaging.

According to Amazon, I've ordered this item 8 times. I like the taste, the grab and go element, and portion size. Every time I have ordered this item, it has come in a Planter's box that you can use to store them in with an opening so you can....grab and go. This time, no box. I got 18 individual packs in a plastic bag, making me think that maybe someone returned their damaged box and I got the returned items. The product description says "soft" packaging, but when I asked a question, the answer came back that yes, they come in a box. In the scheme of things this is not a big deal, the cashews still taste the same, but I've noticed that Amazon - to their credit - is trying to reduce packaging materials, but the result is that many of the items that I now receive are crushed in transit. In some instances, this will impact buying something from them when I can get it at a big box store in pristine condition.
