100 Watt clear Blues Buster, Light Bulb Full Spectrum

The price has increased 100%. I was shocked when I ordered them.

I can only read to a full spectrum light. Florescent and regular incandescent hurt my eyes and I can't see colors on the page as well. Also my Amazon Parrot has always had a full spectrum light.

I love the light these give, but they seem to die out very quickly!

great light for the dark short winter days

Helped my friend with her winter doldrums.

This got smoke inside and burned out the first time it was used. A total waste of money. And scary. Ordered a real full spectrum light for our SAD. Much better.

I realize I have had a Blues Buster 100 W clear bulb around for years. I don't recall when or why I bought it---probably to experiment. But I finally started using this odd bulb these past two years in a small lamp near my desk. It has a rather friendly glow. Without thinking about it, I noticed it always made me feel a little cheerier when I turned it on. Maybe there's something to the full spectrum frequencies, I don't know. But I think I am going to get another one. Interiors are getting dreadful with all the fluorescents these days.
