Is there cooling gel along the bottom of the slipper to work on the whole sole of your foot?

It is mainly under the ball, instep and arch of the foot. I use it at nights for 20 minutes after which it gets warm very quickly. Also it works better with no socks on.

Can you wear this at night for hot feet?

I wear them for 20 minutes at night a couple of hours before I go to bed.

How long do they stay cold for if they are in the fridge

Two hours in the frig, they get cold but war up after wearing them for 10 minute.
