Forza Speed Training Hurdles | Enhance Agility and Speed for Multi-Sport Training - Choose from 6'', 9'', and 12'' Hurdles

I purchased these as I coach football and use these for quick feet drills for my linemen. They are lightweight, bright in color for ease of visibility, and are quickly set up and taken down. I only with they came with a carrying case to accommodate ease of transportation between training sites.

We have a basketball training academy and speed and agility conditioning that we do, these hurdles were perfect for what we are doing! Lightweight to travel with and carry around, we have the 12” and they are perfect for getting the players to lift their body up for the lift needed for shooting!! Highly recommended, and they came in even quicker than expected! I will Definitely be purchasing from them again!!

Came on time and works good

These lightweight agility hurdles are good for exercising the gluteal muscles. One can walk on them forward or sideways, and with ankle weights, they work even better. Perhaps 5 times back and forth each direction is a good workout for me. It is best to have a place where you can put them and hold onto a walk if you would happen to trip, but in general, they work well. The shorter ones are better for me. I had more difficulty with the higher ones when I used them in physical therapy.

Good purchase. Helps my son become more agile. Would have loved to have exercise sheet for more drills to do.

Nice item for those that want to improve on speed and agility.

I used hurdles in physical therapy. I was having pain, stiffness and instability in my knee. The hurdle exercises made me more aware of picking up my feet when I walk. The exercises also work on balance because you have to balance on one foot briefly while stepping over the hurdles. it's a good product. I plan to order the next highest height hurdles to continue my progress.

These are exactly what I was hoping for when I ordered them. It was quite funny when it arrived in clear plastic packaging. It was a Christmas gift but I expected it to still come in a mailing box. The surprise wasn't ruined though! These are light weight and bright just as pictured. It would be nice if it came with a bungee or velcro strap to keep them all together when transporting them. An excellent purchase for footwork training.

Product is exactly as described. The younger athletes see these as a fun exercise while the older athletes enjoy the calisthenics and upped difficulty that agility hurdles provide over flat ground training. Very happy after almost 3 full seasons with them.
