LactoBif® 100 Probiotics, 100 Billion CFU, 30 Veggie Capsules

I tried this probiotic for a sufficient period; unfortunately, it did not work for me and I did not notice any improvement. Since probiotics are very sensitive to storage and transportation conditions (especially temperature and humidity), it is possible that the product’s effectiveness was affected before I purchased it and that the live probiotic bacteria were no longer alive. This review reflects my personal experience only.

01 December 2022 I bought California Gold Nutrition LactoBif Probiotics 100 Billion CFU from Amazone.ae (UAE). I stored it in the refrigerator at a temperature of +4. 07 December 2022 decided to make live yogurt. I took regular (not tetrapak) milk 0.5 liter, heated milk to 38 degrees Celsius, added the contents of one LactoBif capsule to the milk, left it in a warm place for 24 hours. AND YOU KNOW WHAT? THE MILK IS NOT EVEN SOUR. And no live yogurt turned out! I don't know what this product comes from the factory, but I was delivered a product in which all probiotics are dead, although the expiration date is March 2024 (CGN-01053 LOT-20802 BB 03/2024) Money down the drain. It's a shame.
