I had this product recommended to me by a friend. It was fantastic at first, used it for my sore back muscles and muscle spasms in lower and mid back as well as shoulders. Truly wonderful. Since it resolved my muscle issues, I only had to use it once in awhile, less than 5-10 minutes weekly. When using it on my girflfriend’s lower back, it suddenly got louder and had a weird vibration. I stopped, made sure everything was connected alright, and resumed using it. After 20-30 seconds there was a very loud noise and very strong vibration. I turned it off and there was obviously a component broken and rattling around inside. I have contacted the company to inquire about a replacement. Will update with 5 stars if they stand by their product and replace it. This massage gun has been used for less than a total of 2 hours run time over 12 months, it should last longer than that. Hope to update with a positive review soon. Edit: Contacted the company via email and phone. It took a couple days for them to call me back, but once they did they immediately authorized a replacement unit. I received a brand new unit (including battery and accessories) within a week. The malfunction occurred because of short screws and thin plastic housing that the internal motor is mounted to. Four screws hold it in place, but once some of the plastic weakens and breaks the motor is completely unsecured. Hopefully they have improved this defect within the last year. Overall, due to product effectiveness and great customer service/warranty I would recommend this product.

I bought this product because my physical therapist who was in practice by herself had to close down due to the pandemic. She specialized in myofascial release and deep tissue massage which I required because I couldn't go up the steps leading with my right leg. If I tried to step with my right leg, the right hip pain was excruciating. I could only go up the steps leading with my left leg and one step at a time. I didn't know what to do because I needed to continue with her therapy so I thought I would try this percussion massage gun. I am very pleased with the quality, battery charge life and also the performance of this massage gun. I use the flat-head attachment on my entire thigh and calf. It has a lot of power so I don't recommend using this device where there is little tissue (avoid bony areas). I wouldn't use it on the neck area either, but larger muscle groups benefit from this device. Obviously, I can only massage areas I can reach, so my husband has to use the device on my back. It is somewhat heavy and my arm gets tired but I just stop and rest and start again. I am very pleased so far. I like the lifetime warranty and the attentiveness of the follow-up from the company since I received my massager. Purchasing this device would depend on what 'condition' you are trying to treat. So far, my right leg and hip seem to be responding well to this device and I hope this continues.

I love this massager. Battery life is good and the range of motion is good. It does exactly what it says. I’ve been having some soreness after working out legs and it has relieved the soreness. The price is very reasonable for what it does. I spent a couple hours trying to find a good hand portable massager and this one was the right one for me. I also watched a lot videos on YouTube about this massager. I can’t wait to use it some more days after a really good training session at the gym and after a long day of work. My wife also loves it, after a long day at work and for standing on long days at work, it really relieves the tension and soreness in her legs and lower back. The hardest thing to do when it came to choosing this massager was picking the right color. The red was a really inviting color so I chose it. If I didn’t choose the red one I would’ve went with blue one.
