Very good product to get your daily nutrients

Animal pack is the best green supplement out there. Take it from me. I’m a nerdy bodybuilder that researches everything. This is the only greens supplement you need and yes, it’s a good bit of pills in each pack, but that’s way better than taking a scoop of a nasty green shake that you’re not gonna consistently take because the powder grosses you out.

I’m an OEF veteran who returned home with severe IBS. My gut has been in a constant state of turmoil for years. I’m not claiming that this is a cure-all, but my gut has improved significantly. Everything else in my life has also become better. However, if I skip taking it for a week or two, everything reverts to its worst state. I’ve tried various products, including AG1, but none have been as effective as this one. I don’t experience bloating or heartburn. The only downside I have is the pill pack. I have challenges in the morning taking everything on my way to work. However, I’m willing to pay a small price for the relief it provides.

I don’t eat a lot of greens and this is an easy way to incorporate them into one’s diet. I also periodically have regularity issues. The daily packs are an effective way of keeping regular. I’ve used them for over a year at this point. My only complaint is the two non capsule pills always feel like they get stuck when swallow them.

I feel like this supplement is definitely helping with my digestion and energy levels. It's a great supplement to ensure I'm getting the proper greens intake on days where I'm unable to fit vegetables into my diet
