These are good. I bought some to have something by way of emergency food, and figured I should try them to make sure they weren't awful. Quite the contrary, I enjoyed them. Maybe the best bite of food I've ever had, but I've had lots worse, and these are fun to eat and chew. The texture is like a pellet made of hot chocolate mix, pleasing to bite into and crumble in your mouth. The packs are resealable, and unopened its stable for years. It lists the ingredients to review, so if you have a food allergy you should be able to give yourselves a heads up now rather then day 5 of a post apocalyptic scenario. I liked them enough to get more, some of the larger packets, and they are an even better value for your money. The world can change rapidly these days, a tornado, hurricane, robot uprising, who knows. Better to sort out a few days' rations when you are able rather than when you're in the middle of something.

These taste good! Tastes like chocolate ice cream. My six year old grand daughter loves them, she wants to take them in her lunch as an added snack. I would like to see them made with healthier oils. But in an emergency, I will be happy I have them. Thank you for such a great product.

These are delicious! Really didn't know what to expect here but saw some positive reviews so I decided to give them a shot. My only concern is that they are so good, I'm afraid I'll eat them all before I need them in a real emergency. The only thing I would improve on is the packaging. The bags they come in are perfectly fine but if they came in small, waterproof tubes like hydration tablets say in 12ct, they would be more convenient to store in cars or backpacks. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the way they are packaged as they are, it's just that if they were more compact, they would be even better to carry with you. Still, they are very good and addicting. I just need to remember they are not candy! They are that good!

The only reason for 4 stars is bc in the actual image it looks big. Here it's a smaller product. I did open 1 to try. 1 will be for my contingency plan that I have at home. Taste wise it's good I Like a malt. I would prefer chocolate which is what I got over the other flavors. Will update as far as when hunger kicks in and seeing how long it lasts. Essentially, I would still need food, but of in dire condition and needed too eat this often would have no choice. Came early! Came packaged and will sealed. As far as value for money can't really tell, yet. This is just extra to have for Armageddon!!!!!

Alright, so peep this: I'm stockin' up for the end of days (or just a really bad Tuesday), and this chocolate survival brick is my go-to. Now, full disclosure, my taste buds haven't had a field day with these tabs yet – still sealed tighter than Fort Knox. But here's the kicker: this is my fourth time snaggin' this very box! That's right, I'm a repeat offender in the emergency chocolate game. Why? 'Cause a 25-year shelf life is kinda insane in the best way possible. Plus, the whole gluten-free, non-GMO thing? That's just responsible apocalypse prepping, I guess. Look, I ain't pretendin' this is gonna be a Willy Wonka experience (again, haven't tasted!). But the fact that I keep clickin' 'buy again' on this chocolate doomsday stash says somethin'. It's like my safety net, but edible (allegedly). So yeah, haven't popped one, but I'm trustin' the process. If the SHTF, at least I'll have a potentially chocolatey way to cope. Four purchases and zero taste tests – that's my level of faith in this emergency chocolate. This review represents my personal opinion and experience with this product. I'm very impressed by what they were able to cram inside a small chewable tablet. According to the manufacturer, 12 tablets are good for 24 hours worth of nutrients. Realistically you won't be eating 12 of these per day unless you truly have no access to any other kind of food. In a true emergency or survival situation, 12 of these will do the trick. The flavor is surprisingly good! The tablets are slightly chocolatey, but there's no powdery or medicinal aftertaste. It's almost malty or like an astronaut ice cream type thing. Overall, highly recommended product, especially as a backup or for emergencies. As of June 2022, the price seems to be increasing, so definitely jump on this soon, especially if you're a prepper.

Tasty and don't dry the mouth. Not very nutritious or filling.

These are very satisfying as a replacement for the usual snacks. Chocolate flavor tastes lightly malted - very good. One tab and I’m good for hours. I can see buying a lot more of these. 1 month update - I have lost 5 pounds and my usual desire for snacks - sweet or salty - has all but disappeared. If I go for a snack out of habit I grab and Survival tab instead and am satisfied.
