I couldn't wait to try this! First and foremost, yes, you can taste beets. But then the ginger and lemon kick in and it's Fun!It's a thin juice, not thick like tomato juice, and yes, it's red. I tried a half glass and really enjoyed it, so I poured some more. I'm having some right now!It's 70 cals per 8 oz, has 15 g total sugars but No added sugar. There's 190 mg sodium.
