This is the absolute best dog mat I have ever purchased, travel mat or otherwise. Thick and plush with a soft fuzzy top and a canvas kind of material on the bottom. The canvas side has a handle and two little spiky Velcro straps that attach to two soft Velcro patches so it’s easy to roll up and carry around. The spiky Velcro even has a little pouch it slides into on the mats underside so it can avoid being covered in dog hair!I got two of these for my dogs, a 7yr old Labrador X Collie and a 9month old Collie, so we can go camping and to have an easy bed for travelling to family or friends houses. This bed puffs up really well once unpacked from the shipping box and when puffed up is about three inches thick and when my dogs lie on it it still has an inch or more between them and the floor. My older dog has pointy elbows that have callouses too so this was very important for me. Both dogs are happy to sit and lie on them and have plenty of room (I ordered the large size).I cannot comment too much on washing these, the little bit of mud that got on one wiped off easily and I haven’t yet needed to entirely wash one. I can tell just from the feel of them though that they will be a bit slow to dry off naturally, but on the upside the segmented style means all the stuffing won’t just fall into one side to make the mat all lumpy over time.Overall very very happy with this product and I will update if there are any future issues with them. 10/10(Posting September 2022 for reference)

Super thick which is perfect for my elderly Border Collie. Im really impressed with the quality for the price. Rolls up easy and really easy to carry around, going to be perfect for our holidays in the Lakes !I can honestly highly recommend if you are looking for a good quality travel dog bed.

Nice and light to carry around but enough thickness to be comfy. My cavapoo puppy jumped straight on when I put it down.

Bought this for my assistance dog who travels with me everywhere, large enough for a 30kg GSD. Lightweight and Easy to carry or attach to a bag. Not too thick so you’re tripping over it in a hotel room. Good for camping too. Good to lay in boot of car for longer journeys.
