Great quality and comfort
Seamlessly enables me to use my KZ ZSN Pro X IEMs with any Bluetooth device. I mainly use them on my phone with Spotify, which defeats the audiophile benefits of IEMs, but this adapter allows the convenience of hassle free pairing, and eliminates the need for 3.5mm dongles. Sound quality is above average, with bass having excellent range, and avoiding the muffled profile most normal earbuds have. The weight of the wings is practically that of a feather, I barely feel these on my ears when I'm listening to anything. Superb comfort, especially with the included ear tips, which are MUCH better than stock. The one downfall to this adapter, is higher quality codecs are unfortunately not supported, like aptX or LDAC. The more expensive adapters do support these though!

They're not perfect but they can be genuinely the best wireless/wired earphones for the money
For my testing, I used the KZ ZSN Pro X. Let's get the negative parts over with.- Slight background noise that's always there when you are connected to a device. Unfortunately that's mostly because the KZ earphones are known to be very sensitive. Easily drowned out by music and other content so not as bothersome- Not ideal for running/gym use. This is probably the most annoying one. I used these for running and the connection kept dropping off, which I later deduced could be due to the sweat build up near the charger contact points. Most likely these earphones detect if they are in the case or not by checking if the contact points are conductive and unfortunately sweat is conductive. If you are able to cover these points, it may work but I haven't tested it yet.- Charging case is massive, like actually bulky. If you're a woman, good luck pocketing this. Even men would find it uncomfortable.- Mic is acceptable at best, not bad for calls but doesn't mean it's any good. But that's true for most, if not all wireless earphones. And for me, that's where the negatives end. Why did I give these 5 stars then? Because the benefits vastly, tremendously, outrageously outweigh the cons.- Genuinely the best pair of wireless earphones at this price range when paired with KZ earphones. They sound incredible, there's minimal audio quality loss when switching from wired to wireless. At most they lose some volume and the audio is a bit more 'compressed' but due to how sensitive KZ earphones are, it's no problemo.- Wireless earphones have inherently lower audio quality and higher audio latency when compared to wired. Unlike standard wireless earphones, with this product you can switch back to wires at any moment for reduced latency, slightly better audio quality and a much, much better mic. This is pretty much the trump card of this product and is exactly the reason why I bought this over a new pair of wireless earphones. The flexibility and versatility is unparalleled.- They look good when you wear them and are relatively comfortable for long periods of time. The ear hook is a little too stiff and a little tight for me but I would imagine that it would get a lot more bendable and comfortable after a couple of uses. I haven't tested their battery to the extremes but it lasts long enough that I don't need to worry about it.- The case is good for several charges, even has an LED indicator to show how much charge it has left. Pretty neat! Also, the case charges via USB-C which is splendid although they do recommend to limit the charging power to 5W which is a slight bummer.- And of course, they come with all the benefits and convenience of wireless earphones. Now you can easily enjoy dinner time while watching a video without cables interrupting your meal. You can take these on a run or to gym provided you take precautions to make sure that their charging contact points don't get wet with sweat. There's a button on each module that allows you to take/reject calls, pause/play/skip music. They have a 'high performance' mode but honestly I don't really notice too much of a difference in latency or sound quality when I switch it on.Overall, if you're considering to get this, I would 100% recommend you to try it for yourself despite the negatives. After that, you can decide whether it's worth it for you to keep them or return them. I acknowledge other reviewers haven't had the best time with them but as I said, these aren't perfect but they don't need to be.Why?Because they're fecking ingenious!

Almost perfect but 1 minor but a PITA issue.
I use these with the CCA C12 (with some foam tips). These were purchased to be a temporary stand-in for my Sennhieser TW3 buds.Let's get the minor annoyance out the way. The contact points on the buds and the pins in the case don't always make a good connection. This results in the buds not charging or disconnecting from the device. This is the reason for the lost star. Now on to what I love. They are comfortable and light. Combined with the CCA C12 buds the sound is flat. But use an EQ app or software and these come to life. Clean bass (that can be pushed up a fair bit before overdriven). Clean mids and bright highs.I have tried Heavy Metal, DevCore, classical, dance, EDM, 8 but and pop. So far all have sounded great.Triple pressing the right bud enables high performance mode, tbh I have had no real need for this as I have had zero sync issues when watching videos (I don't play games on my phone).I did find a feature not mentioned in the instructions, triple click the left bud enables loudness mode, boosting bass and volume further.Speaking of volume, these can get loud. Too loud for meYes the case is kinda large and bulky, so larger pockets are needed. But given the design of the product it's to be expected. No wireless charging with the case, but that is not an issue for me but might be for some.USB Type C charging, something that should be standard now.Do I recommend these. Yes.I haven't really had battery issues (except when they don't sit in the case properly and the bud dies).Oh one last thing. If like me you often forget the case, you can hold the button down for about 10s and they turn off (you need to do this to both buds).

Wonderful!
I always thought wired was king (for sound quality I still believe this) but after getting tangled too many times and getting buds ripped from my ear I decided to but this.Used with my Kz 10 pro X'sAnd it's been a life changer, I'm absolutely in love! I use these whenever I go out, working out and they make playing VR with IEMs so much more simple.I haven't noticed much of a delay listening to stuff, sound quality is just as good as wired for me. Battery lasts a good while and I can go multiple weeks without having to charge the case. And in the future when the battery degrades I can just replace it! (Looking at you airpods)Highly recommend for anyone with IEMs who is sick of wires
