This zip line exceeded expectations. The hardware is sturdy, installation was simple, and the cable braking system is outstanding—it slows riders smoothly and consistently without any jerking or sudden stops. Everything feels secure, and both kids and adults love it. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a safe, reliable, and well-designed zip line!

Perfect for anyone under 150#. Othetwise, the braking system will barely slow you down. That is the best part of ride. My gkids 6yo-15yo have gone down many times without problems. Easy set up, my 15yo grandson needed little help from me. Cheaper buy this kit than purchase individual parts. Customer service was fantastic. I had piece that didn't fit, he sent whole new zip line.

We bought this backyard zipline for our middle school kids, and while it was definitely tricky to put together and hang (took more time and effort than expected), it’s been such a hit since we got it up. The kids and their friends use it all the time, and it’s become the favorite thing in our yard. Once installed, it feels sturdy and safe, and the ride is so much fun. My kids love that they can have their friends over and everyone wants a turn—it’s been great for getting them outside and active. I took off one star for the challenging assembly, but overall, I hope this review is helpful if you’re considering it. If you’re willing to put in the work to set it up, the payoff in fun and smiles is absolutely worth it!

Huge hit! Flexible to allow for safe stopping and distance.

I installed this zipline kit back in early July 2022, and I as well as my kids and their friends have absolutely enjoyed the snot out of this! First off, installation was a breeze. If you watch the installation video and pay special attention to the amount of sag in the line (very important if you don't want the kiddos flying off at the end), all will go well as it did for me. Once installed I swear it was like the pied piper for the neighborhood kids, as I often looked out the window to see my kids, their friends, and their friend's siblings on it taking turns and coming up with games to play on it! Durability has been excellent considering every single piece has remained outside during that time, through hot summers, rainy days and cold snowy Ohio winters. The only issue I have had only a few days ago is the stop spring finally broke, but fortunately I have a new one on the way from Hyponix for $20. For reference it is mainly 10-11 year olds and the occasional "big" kid (looking at you daddy) that use it a few times a week. Looking forward to the lasting til my youngest outgrows it!

This is the worst possible Zipline. Comes with vague and incomplete instructions. I put it additional time to find instructions online and mid way through some parts were missing. Total trash of a product. Ordered it again and walla... Missing safety parts on the turn buckle. The video instructions shows a locking screw that goes on turn buckle which was missing. The box says it includes 4+8 tree climbers which was also missing. Coming back to the review. I reached out to Hyponix and they have a very good customer service. They sent me the missing parts and provided answers that I was looking for. Installation is not as easy as they make it look in the instructions video. If you purchase a separate cable tightening tool only then it makes it easy enough to install it.

I was looking for a complete kit and this had everything we needed. The spring brake included is a must. Kids are happy and it's held all the adults in our family at a birthday party! It was simple to put together with zero experience...youtube is helpful.

We are very happy with our new zipline! Great quality, feels secure and our kids love it. We originally got the 100-foot length but ended up needing longer. We thought we might have to return it, but we contacted Hyponix and Gevin took care of everything for us. So rest assured that if you have any issues with your product, you have great customer service. Highly recommend!

It’s good it has a good warranty.. being used for kids in back yard.. even held up good to my weight to test it.. I’m roughly 230 lbs. lol
