DO NOT BUY if in UK as not compatible
I fell for this product based on other positive UK reviews but it does not come with a UK comptible plug and then Amazon expected me to mail it back to Indianapolis! I fought my corner and got a refund but its left me with a new vacuum to dispose of which is not an eco solution and I still have to purchase an item that actually works in this country. Why oh why do Amazon UK even stock this item in their store knowing full well it is not an item that can be used unless you are planning to take a hand vac on holiday to the States with you.....

US plug, not compatible in UK !!!!
What is the point of supplying the Black and Decker Dustbuster with AN AMERICAN PLUG???? Not compatible with UK sockets.

I’ve been using the BLACK+DECKER Dustbuster Cordless Handheld Vacuum for a while now, and it has genuinely impressed me. I mainly bought it to deal with the never‑ending trail of cat litter around my house, and it handles the job incredibly well. The suction is strong, the battery life is solid for quick cleanups, and it’s lightweight enough that grabbing it for a fast sweep doesn’t feel like a chore. What I appreciate most is how easily it picks up litter without scattering it or clogging. The dustbin empties quickly, and the filter is simple to clean, which makes the whole experience even better. For anyone with pets — especially cats — this little vacuum is a lifesaver. It’s been a great addition to my cleaning routine and performs far better than I expected.

This Black & Decker Dustbuster is a fantastic little vacuum! This is actually my second purchase because I was so impressed with the first one. It’s lightweight, powerful, and perfect for quick cleanups around the house, car, or even hard-to-reach corners. The battery life is great, and the suction is strong enough to pick up dust, crumbs, and pet hair with ease. I love how easy it is to empty and clean the filter.
