Great product! Used to fix my garden furniture cover whixh was ripped open by foxes. And this saved me spending another £50 odd on a new cover when the one I have works perfectly! It felt wasteful to throw it out. This was amazing. Great value for money. Paid £8.99 instead of way more for a new cover. Easy enough to apply. Make sure the surface is clean and overlap the fabric slightly. It's very sticky as it's basically glue but it is easy to apply and cut. The white paper is a little tricky to remove as it sticks to the sides but this dosent bother me. It is very durable. I used this about 4 weeks ago and it's been through several really heavy rain and storms and it hasn't budged! So very very reliable and good quality! It is very shiny so I can see it clearly but again it's for outside and doesn't matter. I would have liked the length to be a bit longer but it was fine and I was able to do the job I needed although I don't have any extra left! I would 100% recommend.

I used this on an outdoor car cover as the finish had rubbed off in one spot Its been on through a wind storm and stayed on so far. The only thing that i will say is teh backing paper isnt the easiest to remove and some has stayed stuck to the very edges. Also dont get teh backing wet as itll turn to mushy paper and youll never get it off. Make sure you use in teh dry when you remove it. The product itself is pretty good though.

Apply this tape as instructed and it really does do the job. I had a tear in my old charity shop tent and thought it was done for but I slapped this tape on and it really did stop water from coming through at the tear, I was staying through very heavy downpoor a few months ago and the tape is still holding up since. It's probably about the last thing keeping my tent together!

Accidentally ripped our gazebo/storm shelter along the seam when dismantling it in high winds a few weeks ago. Really big rip in the worst of places and a couple of small ones and a friction/wear hole. Bought this stuff, laid the gazebo out on the floor flat and carefully taped it back together both sides of the rips. Cut curves into the corners before sticking (to hopefully avoid premature lifting and peeling off). So far, so good. It's been up a couple of weeks and no problems yet. Being on the seam and sited in a windy location, I am half expecting to need to re-repair every now and then, will update this if theres change after a significant heatwave/rainy period... With regards to the negative comments about paper being stuck to the tape, there's only a tiny bit on the edges that can be extremely easily picked off and just use your common sense when applying the tape/removing the paper backing. The tape is transparent and glossy, I have no problems with this. I prefer a visible repair job as it's easier to locate and check on it after extreme weather.

Used once but not impressed

I have used it on a caravan awning and it has worked, so far. Just need some "real" weather, to properly test it.

Bought last summer after discovering a rip in my tent while I was away. Just got round to fixing it now, as i bought another tent second hand and found a tiny hole on it too. Great stuff. Couldn't recommend it enough. A but tricky to get into the start of the roll. The way the end is fixed, a piece of clear tape with no tab, is a pest to get off, and leaves a sticky residue on that small area. But once you're in it's no bother at all. Very sticky. I did both sides of the hole, as there were no instructions, but it's looking good. Will definitely be taking it on my next trip. Just in case.

Leider hat unser Sonnenschirm im Laufe der letzten Jahre etwas gelitten und hatte 2-3 kleinere und mittelgroße Löcher. Da ich aber keinen neuen Sonnenschirmbezug kaufen wollte, hab ich mich für dieses durchsichtige Klebeband entschieden. Lässt sich total leicht zuschneiden und haftet von Anfang an super auf dem (wichtig: trockenen) Stoff. Ich hab die Löcher zur Sicherheit von beiden Seiten abgeklebt und das Gefühl, dass der Kleber nach einigen Sonnenstunden richtig schön zusammengeschmolzen ist. Nach mehreren Regenschauern bin ich total begeistert, wir perfekt es hält. Absolute Empfehlung!!
