I got this Swiss water decaffeinated coffee simply to try out the compostable pods since I like to compost. I didn't expect to fall in love with this coffee and call it my favorite.I recently decided to drink coffee black as a possible way to reduce calories and reduce hunger. I wasn't a full time coffee drinker before, nor am I anywhere near an expert. I just know that if I was going to drink coffee black that I needed to find good quality coffee if I wanted to enjoy this transition. Caffeinated coffees were good enough to get started, but later in the day I'd try regular cheap decaffeinated coffees and I didn't like the taste at all. I then researched the process of how they are made, which led me to Swiss-water decaffinated coffees. Much Much better in taste.I have a Keurig and got sick of trying to salvage the small amount of coffee in plastic K-cups to put into my compost, so I happened to stumble across this product on Amazon with the compostable pods. I was worried about a few reviews that said they won't work in a Keurig 2.0. But I bought them anyway and they work just fine, no errors, no mess. They also work fine in my Ninja coffee maker. It's only been a few weeks, so I can't say yet how well or how long it takes the pods to blend into compost, but it is sure nice to just toss them straight into the compost without doing any extra nor a need to throw away plastic into the trash.The taste.... like I said, I'm no expert at coffee, I do not have the experience of trying all brands and types of coffee the world offers, this may just be what an average good cup of coffee tastes like, but to me it is my favorite flavor of coffee so far. It has that bitter coffee taste that reminds me of the bitterness of unsweetened dark chocolate.... the desirable kind of bitterness, not too strong to make your face scrunch, but enough stick with your tongue for several minutes after each sip. It's very desirable and now I find myself wanting to drink this coffee all throughout the day as my beverage of choice, not just a gimmick to suppress appetite... which after 2 months I don't think it suppresses appetite at all like keto coffee can. But that's fine, it was worth a try. Now I'm happy to have discovered a new drink that I love.The product comes in a box and contains two metallic-looking freshness bags. When you open them up, the small of wonderful coffee is yours to enjoy. I'm very happy with this purchase. I will be auto-repurchasing this coffee.

I like this brand. I love how it is organic and also the pods are not plastic. This is the first time buying this flavor as I usually order the decaf (for when I have had too much caffeine for the day) and the vanilla (not crazy about that one). This flavor is very good. It’s smooth with just the right strength. I add slash of 2% organic milk and teaspoon of organic maple syrup. It’s so good!

Beautiful strong bold coffee in a plastic free single serve cup. The caramel isn't pronounced, but there is a slight sweetness to the bean. It's not overly acidic, so I don't get that rock gut feeling after drinking it. I do not tend to be overly sensitive to caffeine, but this one definitely hits. So if you are one who is sensitive to caffeine, this would not be for you. If you are looking for a strong bold coffee with a great caffeine boost, minus the rock gut, this coffee is for you! ☕️

Not much to say on this one. This is a great tasting coffee. For organiz, its a great value and plenty of pods that should last you for sometime if you are a "cup of day" person.he pods come sealed in a single large bag rather than individually wrapped or stored in a more protective container. Once the original seal is broken, the coffee is exposed to air, and as with any coffee, prolonged exposure leads to a decline in flavor and freshness. Coffee is highly sensitive to air, moisture, and light — and without proper storage, it quickly loses its aromatic oils and vibrant taste. In this case, the first few pods taste rich and full-bodied, but by the time you reach the last few, the flavor noticeably fades.If the packaging better protected each pod or offered resealable options, this would easily be a five-star product. As it stands, it’s a great-tasting coffee with room for improvement in maintaining freshness over time.

Oh yes I have bought twice before and the quality doesnt change. Great taste and flavor. The Quality is high grade and the Roast aroma when your are brewing is excellent. The size value is excellent if you are on a budget. The grounds are packed well so the water goes threw just well enough to give that great taste you are looking for

I was subscribing to this for about 6 months. Almost half of the time, the box came in a bag and was damaged. Those pods most of them exploded in my machine, which is hard to clean up after. This last box, 6 of the pods had some kind of red tape and also had that same issue. Although the coffee tastes wonderful, I am moving to reusable pods with inserts with my old coffee because being half asleep and cleaning a keurig because so many of the pods break is not something I’m willing to deal with this often.

I’ve been ordering this coffee for at least 2 years now and I love the medium roast. I like the smoothness, low acidity and the biodegradable pods. I highly recommend this coffee! Excellent!
