I really LOVE this cream! It is helping me a lot with my legs. I do my lymphatic massage every morning with this cream, and I feel my legs lighter and less painful. Also, I love the smell!!!

This is the only caffeine hot cream I’ve used that actually creates heat and makes me feel like I’m sweating more when working out. Other brands don’t compare as far as generating that heat. Highly recommend!

Ok I don't do reviews often but this one needed one. I love this beyond belief. I uses to use a heat cream for my workouts and they discontinued it. So I was curious how this would work. First of all, you have to like the smell of coffee because it's got that amazing smell. I got it today and put it on an hour before my workout. Felt a little warmth but nothing where I would have thought it's working. Until...an hour later, I do HIT workouts. Holy cow did I feel the warmth and sweat. I applied it to my thighs, stomach and love handles. Today was exactly perfect for this. Legs and abs and I sweat more than I've ever sweat. After the workout the shower even made it warm. I've got another one on order because I know once others get wind of this prices will go up. So buy it now especially if you're actually working out. Next up I'll have to try on my bat arms.

This cream is amazing! It will feel hot after 5 moms or so after applying and will get real hot for a good 15mins or so BUT it is tolerable and it WILL make you sweat instantly even while you do day to day chores! I love that! The only thing is I apply the cream with a sweat belt ontop and it does tend to my the belt slide and move around as opposed to wearing the belt with no cream. But other than that it works great and smell good!

I’ve bought 6 other types of hot or sweat creams and this is by far the one that works best and most! Does it have a burning sensation? Yes. Does it also make you sweat like crazy? Also yes. So please don’t be upset if you don’t like the burning sensation. You’ve been warned. But if you are okay roughing it out, it’s worth it! Aside from making my midsection sweat during my walks and runs, it’s helping with the cellulite SO MUCH! I’m on my 3rd jar 😅😅😅
