The phone came in all the proper boxes and accessories, looks like new, set up quickly. It updated to Android 13 immediately.I am actually not using it for a phone, but as a hearing aid accessory, since my phone (Moto, which I quite like) does not support streaming via the hearing aids and I listen to a lot of audiobooks. I am happy to have a relatively low cost option for this task with the renewed phone, since it results in my wearing the aids more often.

This seller sent us not one, but TWO faulty phones. They didn’t even turn on. Seller should be banned from amazon.I got these phones for my parents so we would all have the same thing. MY phone (bought from a different seller) works perfectly, and has never given me problems. But these two are defective.

I use my phone minimally. So thrilled to have such a lightweight phone. However, if I'm running any GPS or music app, the battery doesn't make it through early afternoon.

This phone has a lot of memory so I should not have to worry about running out of room for apps like I did on my prior phone with 16 gigabytes of memory. It also has a high capacity battery to keep it charged for 24 hours. I don't use facial recognition or the fingerprint reader, so I can't comment on those features.

This Pixel 4a has a lot going for it, especially the compact size and 4G compatibility with many phone companies in the US & abroad. Renewed items usually work without a problem.This phone can be recharged but it never recognizes a QC- or Turbo-charger and it takes a long time to get it to 100%. Using same cable & charger, other phone refill a lot faster.Battery life also isn't great but sufficient.Given the price of "only" $150, I keep it (grudgingly)

Wife has smaller hands, and larger phones were awkward to hold and always dropping. this was nice and light and easy to hold. Seems reactive enough for basic use, camera works fine. Updated android version since its straight from Google.

The phone came in great condition (just a few minor scratches on the backside, the screen was flawless) and everything works perfectly so far, was fully unlocked too. Very happy with the purchase
