But for me it doesn’t do much. Still, everyone else who tried it cracks their back on it. It’s a little uncomfortable for me, but I guess that’s the point. Decent price and really cute though

Uncomfortable and very hard. Caused more discomfort than you can even begin to imagine.

This back stretcher is hard foam with a bumpy surface. It is firm like a yoga block. I'm pretty creaky, but am able to use it as directed and lay on the floor with the device behind my back. After five minutes, my back feels very good. Hubby and I now both use this and both think it is terrific.

Too hard material. Maybe that is what some people need.

I have a back problem. This lumbar pillow works great for me. When I've been busy or standing to long my back starts to bother me with pain all the way down my legs. When this happens, I pull out my pillow and position it on the floor and lay on it for about 5 minutes. Then I'm good to go. I ❤️ this pillow.

It’s okay I thought it be firm, but yet moldable to curve ny back, it’s a bit hard. May take getting used to.
