I have tried other tumeric supplements and gotten little to no relief. I have been taking this supplement now for about 1 and 1/2 bottles. I no longer have pain where I had a biopsy a few years ago and that pain came and went daily until I started taking this supplement. Now I have no biopsy pain. Also, I drove about 5 hours yesterday and expected that today I would be exhausted and feeling achy. but not so, I have no achy-ness or pain from being in the car for so long yesterday, which is unusual. I would say that this supplement takes a while to kick in so don't expect immediate relief. you have to give it a chance to build up in your system. I take 2 tablets in the AM and 2 in the evening. regularly. it works. give it a try. I paid full price for this and this is my own honest review. its a great supplement and I would never use another brand ever again.

I read an article on 5 people who had Lyme Disease and how after months and years of misdiagnosis they all ended up getting the best relief for their symptoms from naturopaths. While they each took a different combination of herbal supplements, turmeric was a constant for all 5. I thought I would give it a try for every day aches and joint pains. It was shocking after I took the first capsule that within 10 minutes I felt better. I thought it was just my imagination so I tried it several more times with the same results. My husband who has chronic back pain then tried it and he too noticed almost immediate relief. We both feel that turmeric works more effectively and more quickly than ibuprofen which was our prior anti-inflammatory of choice. I now take one regularly every morning and another later in the day if I am feeling achy. We haven't tried any other brands, but why since this one works so well. I knew that BioPerine is an important ingredient to have with the tumeric so it is absorbed into your system, which this brand has and it was important to us that it be organic. So, we are sticking with this brand.

2 months in, so far so good. Hard to tell on pain relief. Maybe I’m not taking enough. Update: After two or three months in, it noticeably dulls aches and pains. after a while you realize you haven’t thought about them. I think one in the morning and one at night Will continue to order this. Forget ibuprofen. No more upset tummies or stomach lining worries.

I love turmeric, how can you not love it when it does so many great things? I am happy its getting it's moment in the limelight, so to speak... because the Ayurvedic folks have been singing it's praises for thousands of years! One thing I've always felt is that if you focus purely on the 'extract' of a substance (in this case, curcumin) you are actually missing out on the other goodness that the pure herb itself has in it. Ayurvedic medicine never focused solely on curcumin, yet they documented tremendous benefits from turmeric root! Thats why I like this product, it combines both the root powder (in organic form!) and the 95% standardized curcumin extract. Its like you get the benefits of modern science AND traditional herbal medicine. Combine both those w BioPerine (black pepper fruit extract) and KER-ZOW! I think you've got just about as good of a turmeric product as you can get. I've yet to find one better than this! Definitely recommended! I will be buying again.
