Its working....
I've read that Magnesium Citrate is recommended for gut issues and they seem to help with elimination. I've been taking one a day at bedtime, but I may up it to two a day one morning and one evening to better assist with elimination.

Poor production and manufacturing made me think twice about this brand.
There were six or seven of the capsules in the brand new jar that were literally broken open, not pulled apart, but rather broken, leaving white magnesium powder all over everything in the jar. The failure of the capsules made me think that the entire manufacturing process was flawed. White power got all over everything. Maybe it was just a bad "batch", but I threw them all out and will not buy that brand again.
