Can i use this to start a juice business?

Absolutely NOT!! The opening it tiny you have to chop everything really small. It barely has any power. I tried juicing blackberries & they didn't even get crushed! I found them whole in the bin. I tried juicing kale, again had to chop that into confetti basically & it struggled! Juiced strawberries & that pulp was very wet it looked like it just got crushed. THIS JUICER IS AWFUL I RETURNED IT IMMEDIATELY!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY/TIME ON THIS!

Does it juice ginger and turmeric?

I haven’t tried turmeric but it juices ginger nicely. I’ve had zero problems. Ive put thru Swiss chard, kale, spinach, romaine lettuce and have had zero issues. I love this machine. I juice daily. FYI hop hints up and you hardly need the pusher.

Is this easy for a senior to operate and clean?
