I have ADHD and ASD and I cannot stress enough how improved I feel with this supplement. I have a very severe case of ADHD and while that’s not been magically cured, I have had my energy levels SIGNIFICANTLY improved, my ability to stay on task and focus SIGNIFICANTLY improved, and even a reduction of depressive symptoms which I’ve attributed to not feeling sluggish or disorganized anymore. I sometimes stop and imagine if this is how neurotypical people experience energy levels and focus but with more flair. I have never been big on caffeine but with work stress I had started with tea and coffee drinks very very frequently. But this left me worse off in the natural ADHD crash times in the early afternoon which was making me fall behind at work. Taking these and quitting caffeine have been pretty remarkable for me. It took three weeks and the full recommended dose but the change has been evident to family and friends as well. I will be taking these for life. I hate the way other meds make me feel so it’s been a great way to cope. Since the experience on these supplements, I’ve started growing my own mushrooms and will be expanding that into a business before long. I really cannot stress enough how much I believe in fungi at this point. Good for us, good for bees, great for mental health, great for the environment. I recommend these to all people I encounter with ADHD, ASD, depression, anxiety etc or anyone needing immune system boosts. I never recommend things such as this and very rarely write reviews but I hope this review helps someone to cope and find balance as it did for me.

This stuff is great, what can I say. The second day of taking this as directed and my joints feel pain free, I can't believe it. Also I feel more alert and mindful. I have tried everything and nothing seemed to work. Didn't want to get on pain pills so I just dealt with it. A true life changer for sure. My moods are better because I feel better and hopefully this continues.

I became interested in adaptogen mushrooms about a year ago and have tried powders and coffees. These capsules are an easier way to ingest them. There is a bit of a taste to the capsule, but much less of a taste than the coffee mix. The capsules are also much more convenient than mixing the powders into a smoothie. Three capsules contain 450 mg of each of the following: -Lion’s Mane (brain power, anxiety, depression) -Reishi (blood sugar) -Cordyceps (energy, stamina, anti-aging) -Shiitake (immune function, inflammation, cancer). And then there’s a 450 mg blend of Chaga (skin, immune function), White Button, Black Fungus, Maitake, Royal Sun Blazei (immune function), and Turkey Tail (immune function, digestion). My concern is that the supplement may be trying to do too much and therefore not have enough of anyone mushroom to be effective. I’m also concerned that some of the mushrooms are “fillers” and have no real benefit. A seven mushroom blend may be more effective for those really targeting specific issues. I feel better in my body after taking the supplement for A week, easy to swallow, no bad taste because its in A capsule.

I kind of hate reviewing any type of pill because I am not sure how to decide if they have helped or not. These were not life changing to my body but they were easy to swallow and had no taste. I have not purchased more so maybe you need to take them longer to really feel benefits.

I love these gummies. I take two every morning and my mind is so much sharper, my energy levels are higher than normal. I just feel so much better after a month of taking them.

I have taken a variety of mushroom blends from Stamets 7, Genius Mushrooms, and Larid Hamilton's blend. I have to say that these leave me feeling great. I experience a weird seasonal anxiety whenever the weather is changing from hot-cold and vice versa. I noticed these alleviate that panicky feeling and I can function and do my tedious work without the distraction of anxiety. In terms of the blend itself it is a high dosage blend of various mushroom blends but I have not experienced any of the common "side effects" commonly associated with high dosages of mushrooms. However, it appears only the lions mane is derived from the fruiting body of the mushroom, I’m not trying to argue mycelium versus fruiting body but the other mushrooms are from mushroom powder which is how they make these so affordable. They also use a proprietary blend for 6 of the mushrooms, so unsure of the dosage.
