Bought this as a gift. It lights up and the doors open and it makes noises. It came with batteries included. Nice quality.

We bought this Jeep Cherokee toy as a present for our grandson, who absolutely loves Jeeps. He’s thrilled that he can open all the doors and the trunk, and he especially enjoys the fun sounds it makes when you open or close the doors.The toy feels very sturdy, which is important since my grandson is a toddler and plays with it frequently. Despite lots of rough handling, it’s holding up well so far.Overall, this was definitely a great buy, and I’m already planning to purchase other similar models. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a durable and entertaining toy for little car enthusiasts!

This toy suv is loads of fun. The attention to detail (all doors and hood open) makes this item a great value for the price. Most other die cast cars that open all doors and hood are about $100 on average

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this as a birthday present for my son. We have a Grand Cherokee similar to this one (wish it was as this one!) and he loves that car. I thought this would be fun for him to have his own Jeep Grand Cherokee. This toy car presents well. It is very nicely detailed for its size, has nice paint, clear windows, and is surprisingly heavy. I would bet if it rolled off your shelf by accident once or twice, it would turn out OK. However I feel it’s a bit over priced for what you get ($30.00 after tax) as it is quite small at under 6 inches long, shows up in a very flimsy box that you’d probably not display it in, with everything written in what I believe is Chinese, and no instructions included. You have to do a little research to figure out battery size and how to put them in. There is a battery size printed on the battery cover that could be converted to. a U.S. battery size. To save you some grief, I’ve included the new battery package in the picture for your reference. And if you want to figure out how everything works, I suggest you watch the video that the seller has kindly included with their listing on Amazon.So here’s my take. It’s not a toy for a kid. When you open the doors, the lights come on, it makes pretty cool sounds of an engine starting and sounds like the horn honks. But the lights do not stay on, and my son was a little disappointed and told me it’s pretty cool because it’s like our big jeep, but it would be more fun if the lights stayed on. And I totally get that. Also when installing the batteries, you have to make sure the positive side of the battery faces the spring or it won’t work. At least in the model I received.So to be fair, maybe I am missing something? I’d like to know what makes this toy worth $30 delivered. I guess the bottom line is if you’ve got plenty of money, and you need a 1:32 scale model Jeep to round-out the collection of toys on your shelf, go ahead. It’ll look very nice sitting there. But if I had it to do over again, I would hang onto my 30 bucks and find my kid a somewhat bigger and better Jeep. Then again, if the seller knocked 10 bucks off the price, I’d reconsider this review. Because for the right price, I think it is very presentable.
