Great flavor enhancer

I used this to make Pumpkin Spice Cream Cheese for our bagels. It was so good and perfectly flavored. It tasted just like a real pumpkin and spice flavored not artificial pumpkin flavor. I will definitely be using again!

This has great flavor but there is a bitterness to it that kept me from giving it five stars. I put it in my coffee with Pyure for sweetener and Skim milk. I wanted the flavor that comes in a latte or a cappuccino, just a smooth slightly sweet flavor, but there is a bitterness to this that kept that from happening. I use the Pyure all the time in my tea, so I knew that it wasn't that. There is alcohol in this product and perhaps that is what is causing that bitterness, but overall, there is the pumpkin spice flavor.

I used this to make cotton candy.

I purchased this to enhance the flavor of a homemade fall pumpkin pie wine. After using fresh pumpkin, fresh ginger, cinnamon sticks, and whole nutmeg for my wine ingredients, I found that a lot of the taste from the spices did not survive fermentation. Skeptically I added this natural flavoring a little at a time until I was quite happy with the taste and bottled the wine. I got 15 bottles of fabulous pumpkin pie wine. This stuff worked great and now I'm curious about their other flavors and may experiment more with them in my winemaking.

i have ordered this 3 times this year. ALL 3 times i received the pumpkin spice flavoring. last year, i purchased this and received the correct pumpkin PIE flavoring and it was amazing, im not sure why i keep getting the wrong bottle.

I bought it to add to my coffee. The taste is funky in coffee. Perhaps it would work better in baked goods but that isn’t how I wanted to use it.

Great flavor. I'm a home brewer, and I added half of the bottle to a 5 gallon pumpkin ale- it was simply killer. The robust flavor was amazing. There won't be a "hint" of pumpkin (like in the store bought junk). This will be full-on pumpkin beer. This brought a far superior flavor to the beer over my other recipe using 5 lbs of roasted pumpkin, and it was much easier to deal with. The price was fair and the product was as exactly as described.
