Got this for my husband and let me just say he loved it!! He iced at home and at work. He said no one even noticed and he was very comfortable. I highly recommend this to those having this procedure, 5 stars!! P.S. His doctor thought it was hilarious too. :)

Exactly what I needed after my vasectomy. The built-in ice pack was a game changer—kept everything secure and comfortably cool without having to juggle frozen peas. Made recovery way easier and less awkward. Highly recommend for anyone planning the procedure.

Super soft and instrumental to a vasectomy patient.

I got this for my husband for his vasectomy. He is incredibly happy with it. He went back to work about 36 hours after the procedure and he got great use from it. With his guidanc I'm giving a 5 star review. Very comfortable and convenient. Offers great support and being able to wear the ice packs while moving is a great added bonus. The ice packs fit snuggly into the pouch and stay in place well. I'm so happy to have bought this for him. I appreciate him going through this procedure for us to prevent future pregnancies and so I no longer have to take or use any type of contraception. After some searching I found this and got it for him and this product was worth every penny. My only negative comment is that I wish I had ordered it sooner. It arrived on time but I ordered it the day before the procedure and it took 2 days to arrive, so it showed up the day after. My fault, no fault on Amazon or than manufactures behalf. If you're going to have a vasectomy or your partner is going to have a vasectomy please please please order this. I got my husband the same size as he normally wears in underwear or basketball shorts and it fit perfect. Best $25 ever spent!!!

Giving it 4 stars because one of the straps was sewn on incorrectly and caused irritation. I was already in enough discomfort from the surgery and didn't need more coming from this thing. Aside from that they worked fine for me and placing the ice pack in the front pouch was helpful.I'll recommend these to anyone who might need them but hopefully you get a better pair than I did.

I bought two pairs of these per a doctor recommendation. Was very much skeptical at first. However, found they were worth the cost for me and would buy again if doing it over.Here is what I liked:1) Easy to discretely apply ice post surgery and keep the ice in place. Great benefit with a bunch of kids running around the house and while moving around..2) Good support. I didn't understand the importance of this until today. I had been wearing these every day post surgery (Fri to Sun) and had essentially no pain. I tried wearing just boxers to work today (I don't have briefs) and understood by the end of the day why support is important as I was walking a bit bull-legged by the end of the day and starting to feel some pain. Put these back on after getting home and was instantly more comfortable.Now, if I didn't have a house full of kids and also had some briefs in the drawer, a few bags of peas would probably have been just fine. However, that wasn't my situation.Also, a note on the ice packs. The image is very misleading on the part of the seller. It looks like there is ice for both sides, but that is not the case. The ice goes in a pouch in the front, not on the sides, and there is only room for one ice pack. However, the ice pack is big enough that it works fine. Just need to position everything correctly so the ice is on the right parts. It was also nice having 4 ice packs across the two pairs so I could rotate them through the freezer. Each one probably lasted around 20 minutes.As for size, I am 6', 220 and the X-large fit fine. I am guessing a large probably would have been fine as well (all the material can stretch out).

After his vasectomy he felt a lot of pressure what trying to use regular briefs or the ones given after the procedure. Thankfully I bought these as a back up and when he used them they had great support and relieved the pulling he felt. Ice packs and the pouch for them made it easy and convenient. He made a quick recovery. Can't attach a video or picture cuz that would be too sexy lol! Good buy and he highly recommends 👌

Fit was spot on and I'm really glad I bought this. I also bought a different pair post-vasectomy underwear (boxer briefs) from another brand and these were going to be a backup. The other pair did not fit comfortably so I ended up primarily using these. Unfortunately one of the two ice packs broke within 24 hours of first using it. Good thing I had the other pair and the ice packs that came with it were larger and fit much better anyway.
