Locatelli! The best brand for Pecorino Romano!
All other pecorino romano cheeses are pale and off taste than Locatelli brand. WE have used this Locatelli brand in my geat grandparents, parents and my home from the time I was growing up in Providence, RI. We always purchased it at DelVecchio's Market on Chalkstone Avenue in Providence. Locatelli is THE BEST.
