Best head light
I won't buy any other light. Im on my third one, due to me losing them 🤣. Best in brightness, battery life and durability. Great value for the money and super easy to understand. The head lamp does get a little hot. But if you use it on your hard hat or hang it around your neck, you'll be fine. 5 out of 5

Excellent product and performance.
Excellent product , compact, 3 levels of brightness and comfortable to wear. The quality is excellent. I had in the past many headlamps from $10 up to $150. This is by far the best for the price, compact design and brightness level. You can’t beat it. This is going in my daily work tool box. Also it has magnetic end to can put next to you while to do your work if don’t want to wear it your head.

One of the best things I have ever bought on Amazon, and the best headlamp I have ever used, by far.
It was shipped fast and delivered with no problems. I've had a lot of different brands of headlamps, but most of them were less than great. The Nebo Transcend 1500 is exceptional. The build quality and design are better than expected, and far better than any other headlamp I've ever used. The controls and functions are simple and intuitive, and easy to memorize. Some people don't like headgear that don't have a top strap, but it's not a problem with this headlamp. It's easily adjustable and comfortable, and it stays put pretty well. As for the brightness, it is completely sufficient on the medium setting for normal everyday things, and the High setting is WAY bright. I have a bicycle light that uses a 4-cell battery pack and is ridiculously bright, and this nearly matches it with only one cell. The Turbo level is even brighter, but hardly seems necessary. I can't really imagine a scenario where this headlamp isn't more than enough to do the job very well. It comes with a rechargeable 18650 cell that is slightly longer than a standard button-top (due to the Type-C charging port), but my 18650 cells that I use in other devices fit easily and work well in this headlamp. I haven't used it for extended periods yet, so I don't know how long the battery lasts. It's not super important, though, considering the fact that standard 18650 cells will fit, and it's easy enough to swap one out if necessary. I can't think of a single thing about it to criticize, and for this very low cost, it's an unmatched value. I will probably buy one or two more. It’s pretty great to find something so excellent for such a good price.

A good purchase .
A great light for almost any application . The intensity adjustment is a dial of sorts , rather than a button . Much easier to customize to your specific light need . I am an HVAC tech and work in attics and on rooves , sometimes after dark , and this headlamp provides a full area light . Long light between recharging and not so heavy .

What a Bright Idea
Normally I buy $10 or less lights, but this time I decided to splurge and get a really nice one. When it arrived I changed it for 5 hours, then overnight before the led turned green...the headlamp still would not turn on. Tested the battery with an electrical multi-meter, and fully charged it read 0.26 volts. It is a 3.7 volt battery, fully charged it should read around 4.2 volts, so, completely dead (unusable) battery. I was SO disappointed, because I finally bought a "nice" light, but It didn't even work right out of the box. Returned for a replacement. When the replacement arrived, I tested it (it worked), then changed it, and the light on the battery turned green in an hour. I love that this light is rechargeable, I hate having to buy and replace batteries. I bought this to use for my "food delivery" job when it is dark out. The light mode selection dial is what really sold me on this one, because it is really a pain to have to cycle through modes to get the right one when I only use the light for a maybe minute while dropping off at a house. When testing it, my kids accused this light of being "brighter than the sun". The low mode of 30 lumens doesn't sound like much, but is actually decent, enough light for most things indoors. The medium mode is bright enough for almost all outdoor uses and will be the mode I use the most. High mode is very bright and will light up my whole back yard. Turbo mode would be very useful if the bulb burned out on your lighthouse, or if you need to signal the international space station. I think strobe mode could give someone a seizure even if they don't have epilepsy. Did I mention this thing is BRIGHT? So far I love this light. It is just what I needed. It seems well made and durable and is very bright. Definitely a 5 star product. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is for the disappointment, hassle, and extra time waiting, of having to return the first one.

Durable and useful
I've had one of these for 5 years. Only issue I've had is it flakes a bit now (comes on randomly) is because I've dropped it A LOT. But it still works, still charges and is bright.

The headlamp itself is quite bright, no issue there. It has 3 basic modes, low, middle, and high. Turbo is activated by pressing and holding on power button, while strode light is activated by double clicking the power button. The design seems very water resistant, in line with its claim of IPX7. But the downside of this is that you must fully unscrewed the cap to extract the battery for recharging via USB cable through the power port installed on the battery itself. This is both a hassle, cannot be done during any rain, and does not allow for usage while recharging. So, pros and cons here. The alternative design would be to have a power port on the headlamp, and cover it with a rubber seal, but obviously this would be less water resistant. Supposedly, it can last 4 to 6 hours, so you may not need it recharge it during the night itself unless you are hiking through the entire night. So, this may not be too big a issue, I guess. You can either wear it as a headlamp, or detach the light module and use its magnetic base to attach it to something else to serve as a worklight. I haven’t used it that long, so unclear on battery life. But overall, the design seems good. Very expensive product though at SGD 69.69 (USD 51.72).

I decided to purchase the Trancend 1500 as an upgrade from my 1000. Overall the 1500 works just as well but you have to fully remove the battery from the headlamp to recharge. That means you have the 1500 broken down into 3 SEPARATE PARTS to recharge. It may not seem like much but, when outdoors, better to keep your equipment in one piece. The 1000 only requires you to loosen the knob to provide access to charging port (keeping the headlamp in one piece).
