Author hansaji is known for yoga and health guide.... Book contains many information about ayurveda , yoga and traditional cooking recipes with health promoting traditional foods... Really good 👍

The best book that combines health and taste so amazingly!
I have been looking to switch to healthy eating for quite sometime but was finding it difficult to cook dishes that are both healthy and tasty. I found this perfect book, there are so many options from snacks, breakfast, meals, chutney made with less oil, spices and yet so tasty. I have tried the healthy idli burger, excited to try out all the other Indian and international recipes.

An awesome book from the pioneer of ancient Indian tradition, values and yogic life. It traces the evolution of Indian food from Vedic times. The recipes are categorised based on seasons and body type of individuals on ayurvedic principles.A holistic book on how to cook with the right ingredients for good health. Looking forward to try out the recipes!

Basic concepts of Satvik Food explained in easy language.However, half of the book is filled with recipies only.

The recipes are easy to follow
I never paid attention to how food affects my mood until I read this book. The concept of Sattvik food was new to me but it makes so much sense. I’ve started incorporating more natural ingredients into my diet and I feel lighter and more focused.
