received a factory defect on this item
the 7/16 end was 6 points while the 3/8 end was 12 points. it should have been 12 points both 7/16 and 3/8 as per the picture.

I tried to fix my garage door. The difficult part is to loose the spring screws. I tried different ratchets, either too long to fit in, or size doesn’t fit. Finally I found this from Amazon. Thanks God, it works perfectly.
